Last August the completely renovated Arco da Rua Augusta (also called Arco de Triunfo) opened to the public. An elevator takes you up to the clock room and after walking up a short flight of stairs you’ll be on top of the arch, where you can enjoy an 360° view over Lisbon.
The view from the rooftop garden of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is just incredible. Due to its location on 5th Avenue you can overlook all of Central Park and the beautiful buildings surrounding it.
