After seeing its northern part around Traction Avenue (here’s my post about it) I wandered through the Arts Distric, along Alameda, Palmetto, Matteo and Industrial Streets. I passed lots of street art and huge murals, walked along empty streets and along many warehouses, found cute little cafes and shopped at Urban Radish Market.
A huge mural by RISK on Alameda Street, part of the Skidrow Freewalls Project:
Pieces by ROA at the corner of Jesse and Imperial Streets:
My favourite mural: Urban Bigfoot by Ron English on Imperial Street, right in front of Urban Radish Market:
The cutest cafe: The Daily Dose on Industrial Street:
Mateo Street with a piece by Anthony Lister:
Before I hopped on the bus back to the metro I saw this 2 new murals by Risk and Shepard Fairey on the back of the Rossmore Hotel on Skid Row.
