Los Angeles. Union Station.

Union Station

Union Station LA

Union Station is by far one of the most beautiful train stations I’ve ever been to. From the outside it looks more like a church, surrounded by tall palm trees, but the true beauty is inside: the old waiting room with chandeliers, terracotta tiles and marble, leather seats and high windows. Union Station opened in 1939 and is known as the last of the Great Railway Stations built in the United States. If you prefer to spent your time waiting for the next train outside in the sunshine: there are little parks, smiliar to moorish patios, on both sides of the waiting room.
