The view from the rooftop garden of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is just incredible. Due to its location on 5th Avenue you can overlook all of Central Park and the beautiful buildings surrounding it.
Every year the museum features one artists’ work on its roof garden, which might be a site specific installation or an selection of different works of an artist. So far artists like Jeff Koons, Joel Shapiro and Claes Oldenburg were featured on the roof garden, and this year it was Imran Qureshi.
