portugal. lisbon. a few more of my favourites.

[another one of my favourite pictures from lisbon. a street somewhere between principe real and bica. i got lost while walking around. which is probably one of my favourite things to do in lisbon. and in any other city.]

[the olaias metro station. i've seen that station from the train so often, but now finally got off the train to take a look around. it is awesome. like most other metro stations in lisbon. it's kind of a underground art gallery. which is something i love. ]

[ some graffiti / street art near the elevador da gloria at bairro alto. ]

[the elevador da gloria in bairro alto. this cable car connects praca dos restauradores with the bairro alto neighborhood. lisbon has two other elevadors: elevador da bica and elevador da lavra and the famous elevador de santa justa. but this one here is my favourite. for no particular reason.]

[the sunday market at LX factory. LX factory exists since 2008, but this year was the first time i visited. it was perfect: the flea market along shops, galleries and cafes; all under the bridge ponte 25 de abril in alcantara. from now on it's definitely one of the places i will visit every time i'm in lisbon.]

[a little park at parque das nacoes, the area that was used for the expo in 1998. the parque das nacoes is full of little parks, fountains and public art; such as "a girafa" by fernanda fragateiro near jardins d'agua.]
